From Microbiology to America’s trucks
How I went from a lab in Pakistan to running dispatch for US trucking companies.
Meet your mentor — Haider
Syed Haider Ali
Freight dispatcher · Founder of TOP NOTCH DISPATCH LLC & BEING HAIDER
I didn’t start in trucking. I started in a lab, studying Microbiology and Biotechnology, with no idea that a career could run from Pakistan to the highways of America.
Then I found dispatching. I took a job at a dispatch company, worked the night shifts, and learned the business the hard way: one load, one broker, one call at a time.
Once I knew the game, I bet on myself. I started my own company, TOP NOTCH DISPATCH LLC, and today I manage many trucking companies across the US, from right here in Pakistan.
Every week my trucks move thousands of dollars in freight, and every night I’m still on the phones, doing the exact work I teach.
The Dispatch Blueprint is the roadmap I wish I’d had on day one. Now it’s yours.
